These Terms of Service govern your use of bluhook.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we provide
The site is an open lab: a public problem log, articles, a glossary and a sign-up for the Robb on AI newsletter. We're not taking new clients right now, and nothing is for sale on the site. Work for existing clients is covered by a separate written agreement. Everything on the site is for general information, on an "as is" basis.
The AI score quiz
We retired the free AI score quiz on October 17, 2026. Any score we sent before then was an estimate based on your answers (and your website, if you added it), not advice or a guarantee.
The newsletter
Robb on AI is sent through Substack, and Substack's terms cover your subscription. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
No guarantee of results
The outcomes of any software, marketing, or AI work depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or other results.
Your data
Your customer list, reviews, listings, photos, your company brain (the business memory we build for you) and the content we make for you belong to you. Ask at hello@bluhook.com any time and we send you a full export within 5 business days, at no charge. After you leave, you can ask for an export for 90 days.
Engagements
Any paid work with Bluhook is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Bluhook Inc.
Acceptable use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, attempt to overload or disrupt it, scrape it, or use it in any way that could harm the site or other users.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by Bluhook Inc. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluhook Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
